The newborn stage goes so quickly, it is gone in the blink of an eye. It is a whirlwind of emotions and it is such a special time for you and your family. I remember with my daughter I just couldn't get over how tiny she was and how small her hands and feet were, I could watch her for hours.
I offer newborn portrait sessions in my spacious photography studio that is fully equipped with props, backdrops, and baby outfits. Feel free to browse through my portfolio, packages and frequently asked questions below and if you decide that you want to capture these special moments then the ideal time to photograph newborns is between 7 and 14 days old, so please get in touch and book your session as soon as you know your due date.
All newborn poses are included in each session this really depends on each baby and how comfortable they are. Feel free to use all my props and newborn outfits.
Fully qualified and trained in Newborn photography you can leave your baby in safe hands when I am posing and moving the baby in props and on the posing bean-bag. I have around six newborn babies in my studio each week so I have lots of experience in calming and photographing little ones
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PHOTOGRAPHY MY BABY?
The best time to photograph the baby is between 7-21 days. You will need to book your session in advance. I will book the provisional due date and then you will just have to let me know once the baby has been born and we can book your session.
DO I DO HOME VISITS?
Unfortunately not. This is because of safety reasons and there is just so much equipment, studio lights and backdrops to carry that you won't be able to get the same photos inside your home.
WHAT IS THE LATEST AGE YOU WILL TAKE A NEWBORN & PHOTOGRAPH THEM?
I understand that not every situation works to plan. I can see babies up to 4 weeks old. If you can't make the session before 4 weeks it would be best to come back once the baby is sitting

ARE THERE SESSION FEES?
The quick answer is no, there are no hidden costs with my sessions it's all transparent.
ARE YOU A QUALIFIED PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes, I was trained at the London School of Photography,
I have completed multiple training courses in newborn and maternity photography.
DO I USE FLASH?
Yes, but in a soft-box, meaning the flash doesn't flash the baby directly but is bouncing inside the umbrella and back towards the baby through a light softener. It's not harmful in any way.
WHAT PROPS ARE INCLUDED AND DO YOU HAVE?
All my props are included with every session; custom made props, beds, bowls, and baskets, some are handmade and others are from specialist newborn photography prop shops.
DO YOU NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE SESSION?
Just milk, nappies, and one outfit if you want it for the family photos. I have many outfits and props for you to use.
CAN MY PARTNER AND OTHER CHILDREN BE INCLUDED?
Yes, of course, my studio is a nice welcoming area.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE IMAGES?
You will be able to see the watermarked images after a few days for you to choose from. Your selection of images will be ready for you in around 7 days.

No, everything thing will be sent via a link and you can download those onto your PC and share that link with friends and family.
HOW MUCH ARE DIGITAL PHOTOS IF I WANT EXTRA ONES
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO BASED?
